Job Title: Manager Global Subsidiary Accounting & Audit
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant (24 years PQE) to lead and manage global subsidiary accounting and audit operations from our Bangalore headquarters.
This role will require financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit coordination for international subsidiaries across Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, and Dubai (UAE), ensuring alignment with group reporting standards and global governance frameworks.
The ideal candidate must have strong financial reporting fundamentals, SAP expertise, and experience handling reporting for organizations with turnover exceeding INR 500 Crore.
This is a high-visibility, ownership-driven role within the global finance structure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Subsidiary Accounting (Remote Oversight from Bangalore)
Ensure end-to-end accounting for subsidiaries located in: Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Dubai (UAE)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure adherence to local GAAP and group policies.
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and cross-border reporting.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors and accounting partners if any.
2. Global Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / Local GAAP (as applicable).
- Support group-level consolidation and reporting timelines.
- Drive standardized reporting formats across geographies.
- Prepare management MIS, financial dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Strengthen reporting governance and documentation.
3. Audit & Compliance
- Lead statutory audit coordination across international subsidiaries.
- Act as single point of contact for global auditors.
- Ensure timely audit closure and resolution of audit findings.
- Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework.
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
4. SAP & Systems Governance
- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP (FICO module).
- Ensure integrity and standardization of financial data in SAP.
- Drive process automation and reporting efficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT and ERP teams for system improvements.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA mandatory)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years Post Qualification Experience
- Experience handling companies with turnover > INR 500 Crore
- Strong exposure to financial reporting & audit
- SAP FICO hands-on experience (non-negotiable)
- Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border accounting preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and ownership mindset
Preferred Background:
- Experience in listed companies or large corporate groups
- Exposure to IFRS and multi-GAAP reporting
- Big 4 or large audit firm background
- Experience in consolidation and intercompany accounting
