What You'll Drive:

- Build and scale financial reporting framework

- Investor & board-grade reporting standards

- Forecasting models that predict, not just report

- Real-time dashboards for leadership decision-making

- Automation across ERP, BI, and data systems.

- Zero-compromise governance and data integrity

Who We Want:

- CA with 6-8 years in hardcore statutory reporting, regulatory compliance and financial consolidation

- Experience in high-growth / IPO-bound / PE-backed environments

- Strong systems thinker (ERP + Power BI + automation mindset)

- Prior SAP working experience is must

- Can operate at CXO speed

- High ownership mindset - low supervision required
