Job Summary:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
