What Youll Own:

As a senior member of the leadership team, youll be the architect of our financial future:.

Strategic Finance & Planning:

- Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling aligned with strategic growth goals.

- Shape capital allocation, budgeting discipline, and performance measurement frameworks.

Investor Relations & Fundraising:

- Lead relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders; represent the companys story with credibility and clarity.

- Partner with founders on equity raises, convertible structures, valuations, and narrative build-out.

Debt & Capital Structure:

- Set and manage our debt strategy structuring, negotiation, and syndication with banks and institutional partners.

- Balance capital mix for growth, runway, and risk mitigation.

M&A & Strategic Transactions:

- Lead evaluation, diligence, structuring, and integration of M&A opportunities that accelerate strategic goals.

- Develop frameworks for target screening, valuation, and post-deal integration.

Receivables, Cash & Treasury:

- Build and own robust working capital frameworks from receivables management to optimized cash flow.

- Enhance systems for forecasting, liquidity planning, and risk management.
