The Challenge:

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager who owns outcomes end-to-end - from defining the vision to driving adoption and measurable business impact.

You'll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver high-quality, customer-validated products that advance our strategy and deliver tangible results.

In this role, you'll focus on platform services that power identity, access control, security, and data governance across our SaaS ecosystem - ensuring that the platform remains unified, compliant, and secure while maintaining a frictionless user and developer experience.

The Mission:

- Own your product and squad.

- Define the vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring execution delivers measurable business value.

- Drive adoption and outcomes.

- Set success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve through data and insights.

- Shape and maintain a clear roadmap.

- Balance priorities across customer, leadership, and technical inputs.

- Collaborate deeply.

- Write crisp PRDs and work closely with Engineering and UX to craft scalable, user-centered solutions.

- Deliver on commitments.

- Maintain alignment, meet goals, and ensure visibility across teams and leadership.

- Validate early and often.

- Partner with customers from concept through GA to confirm usability, adoption, and satisfaction.

- Identify and resolve risks proactively.

- Anticipate challenges early to protect quality, timelines, and outcomes.

- Lead through influence.

- Represent your squad confidently in reviews, retros, and stakeholder discussions.

- Continuously improve.

- Drive adoption, quality, and performance through metrics-driven iteration.

- Additionally, For This Platform-focused Role

- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams to evolve our identity and access management services, ensuring consistent authentication and authorization across all products.

- Collaborate on data governance capabilities - access control, auditability, and compliance - to support secure and compliant data usage at scale.

- Work with cross-functional teams to balance security, privacy, and user experience, ensuring platform services are robust, efficient, and frictionless.

You Are:

- A proactive, accountable leader who thrives in complexity and drives clarity.

- You balance strategic vision with disciplined execution and believe in building products that are both technically strong and customer-driven.

- You lead through collaboration, data, and influence - owning both success and learning.

Your Experience Includes:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technical domains.

- Proven success taking products from concept to adoption with measurable business impact.

- Experience defining and managing backlogs, PRDs, and roadmaps tied to strategy.

- Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, UX, QA, SRE, and GTM.

- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to align stakeholders toward business outcomes.

- Experience or familiarity with identity management, security frameworks, or data governance systems is a plus.

Location of Job : Bangalore

Work mode - Hybrid (3 days WFO)
