Manage risk proactively:

- Identify challenges early and escalate thoughtfully to protect quality and outcomes.

Lead through influence:

- Represent your squad confidently in reviews, retros, and stakeholder discussions.

Continuously improve:

- Use metrics to refine adoption, performance, and team efficiency.

For This Platform UX-focused Role:

- Partner with design and engineering to build cohesive, embedded user experiences for platform setup, configuration, and management.

- Collaborate across product-line teams to align on shared UX patterns, navigation, and architecture for a unified experience.

- Ensure administrative and configuration tools are intuitive and scalable, supporting both new and advanced user workflows.

You Are:

- A proactive and accountable product leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity.

- You balance strategy with execution, ensuring every initiative connects to customer and business outcomes.

- You're collaborative, data-driven, and relentless about improving user experience.

- You care deeply about great platform UX - especially in complex, multi-solution ecosystems - and believe it's key to scale, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Your Experience Includes:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.

- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or technical environments.

- Proven success delivering products from concept to adoption with measurable impact.

- Experience defining and managing backlogs, PRDs, and roadmaps aligned to strategy.

- Strong collaboration with Engineering, UX, QA, SRE, and GTM teams.
