Onestream Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled OneStream Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of OneStream EPM solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial systems, technical architecture, and OneStreams capabilities to drive successful outcomes in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of OneStream solutions for global clients.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable and aligned with OneStream best practices.

- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to define the solution roadmap.

- Oversee the design of data models, business rules, dashboards, reports, and workflows in OneStream.

- Ensure effective integration with source systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, Data Warehouses).

- Guide junior consultants and ensure high-quality delivery across the project lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

- Support change management, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in EPM/CPM solutions; minimum 3 years in OneStream.

- Hands-on experience with OneStream XF platform business rules (VB.NET), cube views, dashboards, workflows, data management, and extensibility.

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting.

- Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Proficiency in VB.NET scripting, SQL, and performance tuning.

- Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management and solution ownership.

- OneStream certification (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent financial background.

- Experience working with international clients and remote delivery models.

- Previous experience in OneStream upgrades or cloud migration projects.
