Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to manage product lifecycle.
- Requirements Gathering: Define product specs, create user stories, and maintain backlog.
- Feature Design: Translate financial processes into product features and flows.
- Customer-Centric Design: Validate solutions based on user needs and feedback.
- Metrics Monitoring: Analyze user behavior and optimize product performance.
- Should have handled external End-to-End API integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in Engineering with understanding of Finance
- Experience: Hands-on with fintech products, especially payments and banking tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with cooperative banks or credit societies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Technical Collaboration: Ability to work closely with design and engineering teams.
