We are Looking for a Sales lead who will be closely working with the Founding team. The role will include mapping and planning the revenue and P&L; goals for the business unit and responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line. Must have worked in B2B sales profiles for banks and financial institutions or experience of sales in Fintech Companies. Requirements : - Excellent knowledge of the Indian Financial Services landscape, and deep understanding of / Banking / Financial Services - Conducting market research and Identify potential / prospects for business partnership for company (Banks & Financial institutions) - Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships - Working closely with key stakeholders, which includes the business, technology & product teams - Strong understanding of technology and business Responsibilities : - Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadline - Identify new business opportunities and partners - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients - Deepening existing partnerships for higher volume / market share - Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets Qualifications and Education Requirements : - MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferable) - 8-10 years of product / service selling experience to banks & financial services companies - Experience working with partners & generating business opportunities
