The Role in One Line:

You'll be my second brain and right hand as we scale Auxlo from a high-conviction proof point to a category-defining offshore operator platform - and then layer AI on top of it.


What You're Walking Into:


We embed dedicated India-based CA/CPA operators inside US and Canadian PE and real estate firms. We've taken quarterly close cycles from 18 days to 6. The thesis is validated. The next 12 months are about building the engine: 56 anchor clients, a 0-to-100 operator team in the next quarter, and the AI product layer that turns this into a venture-scale business.


I'm looking for one person to ride shotgun through it.


What You'll Actually Do:


Build the team (next 90 days)

1. Own the hiring engine: from JD to offer, across Fund Accountants, Property Accountants, Staff Accountants, and ops roles

2. Build the sourcing system, screening rubrics, and interview loops

3. Negotiate offers, close candidates, design onboarding

4. Goal: 0 to 100 operators in 3 months without dropping quality

Drive growth

1. Own outbound: ICP refinement, sequencing, Clay enrichment, Smartlead infrastructure

2. Run the warm referral engine across our partner networks

3. Build the demo, the pitch, the proof points - and pitch when needed

4. Pipeline reviews, win/loss analysis, conversion math

Build the AI layer

1. Co-design the AI product roadmap on top of the operator workflow

2. Spec features, work with engineering, ship internal tools first

3. Turn operator workflows into structured data, then into models

Be the operator

1. Run the weekly cadence: metrics, hiring pipeline, sales pipeline, client health

2. Sit in on client calls, then own the follow-through

3. Learn RE accounting and PE ops well enough to talk to a CFO without me in the room

4. Whatever else is on fire that week


Who This Is For


You've spent 2-5 years in VC, PE, or as an early operator at a venture-backed startup. You've seen zero-to-one - not as a deck, but in the trenches. You know what a Series A looks like from the inside, what a CAC payback graph should look like, and why the second hire matters more than the tenth.

You are:

1. A builder, not an analyst. You've shipped things, not just memos.

2. Hands-on with AI tools - you're already using Claude/Cursor/Clay/n8n daily and have opinions about them

3. Comfortable in ambiguity - you can take "figure out our hiring funnel" and come back with a system, not a question

4. Direct. You'll tell me when I'm wrong. You'll push back. You'll write things down.

5. Resilient. This is a 60+ hour week for the next two quarters. We're building the foundation.

6. Willing to learn real estate accounting, fund ops, and the mechanics of US PE - deeply enough to be dangerous in a client conversation

- Allergic to spreadsheets, accounting concepts, or the unglamorous middle of building a services business
