Manager - Business/Data Analytics

Role Summary:

We are looking for professionals with experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Analytics to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. The role involves analyzing large datasets, building MIS and dashboards, identifying business trends, and partnering with leadership to improve performance across sales, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and financial data to generate actionable insights.

- Develop and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

- Monitor KPIs, revenue, productivity, and profitability across business functions.

- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

- Work with large datasets using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools.

- Recommend process improvements through data-driven analysis.

Preferred Profile:

- Require a CA.

- Experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, or Business Analytics.

- Experience in financial services, insurance, BFSI, or consulting is required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; SQL is an added advantage.
