Key Responsibilities:
B2B Lead Generation & Corporate Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for Group Medical Insurance (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, industry platforms, networking events, and corporate associations.
- Conduct market mapping, segmentation, and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
Corporate Outreach & Relationship Management:
- Present OneInsure's employee-benefit solutions, digital servicing, and claims capabilities to CXOs, HR Heads, and Finance decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand corporate requirements, group demographics, claim ratios, and benefit expectations.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Coordinate employee onboarding sessions, awareness webinars, and benefit communication programs.
Group Health Insurance Sales (GMC/GHI):
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle for group insurance proposals including requirement gathering, quote management, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams of insurers for competitive quotes, custom benefit design, and claim ratio justification.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, comparison reports, cost-benefit analyses, and product presentations.
- Manage smooth policy issuance, endorsement processing, and documentation compliance.
Internal Collaboration & Delivery Excellence:
- Work closely with OneInsure's Claims Team to ensure seamless corporate claim support, escalation handling, and TAT adherence.
- Coordinate with Operations and Servicing teams for onboarding, MIS reporting, renewal reminders, and digital servicing via the OneInsure app.
- Provide inputs to Product & Tech teams for enhancements to corporate insurance workflows and features.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the corporate vertical.
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and deal velocity using CRM tools and dashboards.
- Ensure profitability through negotiation, retention strategies, and optimization of claims ratios.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- MBA in sales/Marketing is needed
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably in Group Health Insurance (GMC) or employee benefits.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, underwriting logic, claim ratios, and group insurance pricing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong CRM management, follow-up discipline, and pipeline forecasting ability.
- Ability to build credibility with CXOs and senior HR stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, proposal preparation, and corporate comparison sheets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing complex corporate sales cycles
