Roles and Responsibilities

- Create and execute national direct sales strategies to meet revenue targets

- Transform customer service interactions into upselling and cross selling opportunities.

- Recruit, mentor and coach a high- performing sales team using structured discipline.

- Oversee daily sales processes ,CRM implementation and enablement tools,

- Track KPIs, conversion rates and pipeline data to optimize strategies and ROI.

- Manage the direct sales budget and expenses to ensure profitable, cost effective initiatives.

Relevant Experience

- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a direct sales environment.

- Strong track record of revenue growth and target achievement.
