What will you do? - Face and tackle the challenges of launching new business models and verticals as well as strategically plan our expansion - Project based work in collaboration with the senior management across various parts of the business - Take ownership of important strategic and operational tasks and be actively involved in driving growth and scaling the business - Learn quickly, adapt and work hard to regularly deliver high quality output under pressure as needed - Take a proactive approach to problem solving in order to drive innovation across the business - Prepare analyses, recommendations and presentations, and use them as a basis of execution Who should apply ? - 2-3 years work experience and a degree from one of the tier 1 IITs - Confident, structured and an incredibly organized individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion - Inquisitive personality with exceptional analytical skills and a strong desire to learn - A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing the excitement of working with a young and rapidly growing company - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
