OneData Software Solutions - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects with a focus on seamless execution and timely delivery.

- Team Coordination: Participate in daily standups and coordinate efforts across distributed teams and time zones, ensuring all members are aligned and productive.

- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including Fortune 500 companies, throughout all phases of project delivery. Provide professional, proactive updates and resolutions.

- Documentation & Planning: Manage and maintain JIRA boards, ensuring all tasks are effectively tracked and updated. Interpret architectural and technical drawings to translate them into project requirements.

- Strategic Oversight: Oversee project milestones, delivery timelines, and operational support for installations.

- Resource Management: Work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness, balancing multiple, evolving priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in a technical project leadership role.

- Project Management: Strong proficiency in JIRA and other task/project management tools.

- Strategic Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written), with Spanish being a strong advantage.

- Client Management: Experience working with enterprise-level clients, preferably including Fortune 500 companies.

- Leadership Qualities: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to lead technical tasks while overseeing a team
