The product scope can include web platforms, mobile applications, internal tools, partner integrations, or AI-powered solutions, depending on business needs. A core part of this role is strong product discovery - combining data analysis, user research, and hypothesis-driven experimentation to identify the right problems, validate solutions, and iterate rapidly. You will also champion AI-led product management transformation and best practices across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Discovery & Research: - Plan and execute data-driven product discovery - analyze usage data, funnel metrics, and market trends to uncover opportunities. - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify key pain points and unmet needs. - Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into clear insights that inform product direction. - Validate hypotheses via small, fast experiments before committing to large-scale development. 2. Product Development & Delivery: - Work across web, mobile, internal tools, and partner systems, selecting the right product surface for each problem. - Translate validated concepts into PRDs, user stories, workflows, and wireframes. - Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders or external partners to deliver high-quality products on time. AI-led Innovation & Best Practices: - Identify opportunities to embed AI into products and workflows to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. - Champion AI-driven product management, leveraging AI tools for discovery, requirement definition, and analytics. - Apply modern product management frameworks and ensure best practices are followed across discovery, delivery, and measurement. 3. Analytics & Business Impact: - Define and own product KPIs; track performance post-launch and iterate for improvement. - Present research insights, experiment outcomes, and product proposals clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams. - Use a numbers-first approach while maintaining strong product intuition and user empathy. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 1-3 years of product management, product analytics, consulting, or similar roles involving end-to-end product building. - Proven experience in data analysis, user research, and synthesizing insights into actionable product changes. - Strong track record in product discovery - from hypothesis to validation. - Exposure to AI-powered product features or experience using AI in product management processes. - Familiar with modern product management frameworks and agile practices. - Confident communicator and facilitator with business stakeholders and end users. - Passionate about building scalable products - next 100 million users mindset.
