OneAssist - Chief Manager - Risk/Underwriting & Claims

Job Summary:

To Grow & Manage the Insurance Premium at One-Assist by anchoring Insurer & Re-insurer relationships & unlocking growth through new product innovations & competitive rates.

List the Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan the strategic financial year road-map of Insurers, re-insurers with from a premium allocation, cost savings and NPI lens.

- Holding primary discussions with key stakeholders (internally) along with Insurers, Reinsurers and Brokers for sharing findings, way ahead for programs/policies and settlement.

- Liaise with product & business team to understand key requirements.

- Discussions with Insurers/Reinsurers and brokers for regular renewal management and placement of new business.

- Tech related projects that streamline operational issues (between One Assist & Insurer)

- Support the settlement team on recoveries from Insurer (need based)

- Set up SLAs on rate procurement with Insurers

Experience Required:

- 10+ years of experience in Claims/ Underwriting (experience in a business facing role).

Education:

- MBA will be an added advantage
