Role Overview:

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decisions and optimizing business performance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, improve user experience, and enhance operational efficiency. Your insights will directly impact the strategic direction of our products and services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the digital payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that provide actionable insights for business improvement.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance to identify areas for optimization and growth.

- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product requirements based on data-driven insights.

- Support the development and execution of A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and Python.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
