Performance Marketing Manager - Acquisition (IC Role)
Job Description: Growth Manager - MobiKwik
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Marketing / Growth
Experience: 7+ years
We are seeking a Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across MobiKwik's products. You will use data, experimentation, and creativity to build and scale high-impact growth initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategies for user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Design and run performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
- Drive growth experiments (A/B testing, referral programs, gamification)
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel - from sign-up to transactions
- Use data to track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, engagement, DAU/MAU)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive growth-centric changes
- Identify and scale partnerships and integrations to increase user base
- Own retention and reactivation campaigns via push, email, and in-app journeys
- Work closely with finance and BI teams to ensure campaign ROI and attribution accuracy
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a growth, digital marketing, or product-led role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, campaign optimization, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Firebase
- Excellent understanding of user behavior, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with SQL, Excel, dashboards
- Experience in a fintech, e-commerce, or B2C startup environment is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in UPI, wallet, or digital payments
- Understanding of growth loops, virality, and network effects
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage)
- Strong communication and project management skills
