One MobiKwik Systems - Business Head - Wealth Domain

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Business Head - Wealth to build and scale our in-app wealth platform from the ground up. This leader will own the P&L, drive consumer growth on the platform with Tech & Product teams, and deliver strong customer acquisition, funnel conversion, and long-term retention. The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of stock broking products and demonstrated experience in consumer growth.

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the wealth vertical.

- Build and scale the in-app wealth business from scratch with clear GTM and execution plans.

- Work closely with Tech, Product, Design, Data, and Compliance to develop a seamless digital wealth platform.

- Define and optimize user journeys across onboarding, KYC, discovery, investing,portfolio tracking, and advisory.

- Drive consumer growth with strong focus on acquisition, activation, conversion, and repeat investments.

- Manage and improve the complete customer funnel across awareness to retention stages.

- Build personalized lifecycle journeys and nudges to enhance engagement and reduce churn.

- Own key metrics including MAU, activation, AUM, repeat investment rate, LTV, and CAC.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

- Build and manage partnerships with AMCs, research providers, and wealth ecosystem partners.

- Ensure full compliance with SEBI guidelines and maintain strong risk and governance controls.

- Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team as the business scales.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in wealth management, investment platforms, fintech, or related digital wealth businesses.

- Strong exposure to consumer growth, funnel optimization, and retention management.

- Proven experience collaborating with tech & product teams to build digital-first products.

- Solid understanding of investment categories (MFs, equities, ETFs, fixed income, PMS, advisory).

- Strong P&L ownership with experience scaling businesses in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
