Job Title: AM/Manager - Operational Risk Management
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Criteria:
- 2+ years (FRM Certified - Mandatory) OR
- 5+ years (FRM Level 1 Cleared - Mandatory)
About the Role:
We are hiring an AM/Manager - Operational Risk Management to manage day-to-day operational, technology, and third-party risks. This is a hands-on execution role focused on RCSA, incident management, control effectiveness, and real-time risk monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
RCSA & Incident Management
- Execute RCSA across business, operations, and technology functions.
- Own incident lifecycle (capture - RCA - closure) and drive corrective actions.
Technology Risk
Manage technology risk, including:
- System availability / downtime
- API and integration risks
- Data integrity and access controls
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Lead Third Party Risk Management (TPRM):
- Vendor risk assessments
- SLA monitoring and dependency risks
- RBI outsourcing compliance
Monitoring & Controls
- Monitor and act on EWS indicators (daily/weekly).
- Build and leverage data-driven monitoring platforms for transaction anomalies, process deviations, and system performance.
- Work with Product & Tech to embed controls in workflows and systems.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and issue closures.
- Leverage Python, LLMs, and Agentic AI for automation, incident analytics, and monitoring.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in Operational Risk / Technology Risk / Process Risk.
- Strong hands-on exposure to RCSA, incident management & RCA, control validation, and TPRM/Vendor risk.
- Understanding of fintech operations (payments, lending, reconciliation, fraud).
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Python (data analysis, automation).
- Understanding of data-driven monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs / AI use cases in operations.
Success Metrics (KPIs):
- Quality and completion of RCSA cycles.
- Reduction in repeat incidents / loss events.
- Incident closure TAT and RCA effectiveness.
- % of EWS alerts actioned within timelines.
- Effectiveness of TPRM (vendor risk ratings, SLA adherence).
- Coverage and performance of data-driven monitoring systems.
- Audit / regulatory issue closure rate.
