About the Role:

We are looking for an AM/Manager-Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to drive enterprise-wide risk strategy, including Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), Early Warning Systems (EWS), and oversight of financial and non-financial risks. This is a strategic role focused on enabling sustainable growth aligned with regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Appetite & Enterprise Risk Framework

- Develop and maintain Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) aligned with global standards (COSO, Basel, ISO 31000).

- Build and govern Early Warning Systems (EWS) with defined indicators, thresholds, and escalation protocols.

- Ensure alignment with RBI guidelines and supervisory expectations.

Enterprise Risk Register

Maintain enterprise risk register covering:

Liquidity Risk

- Operational Risk

- Market Risk

- Strategic Risk

- Legal & Compliance Risk

- Reputational Risk

- Insurance Risk

Reporting & Advisory

- Prepare Board / ERMC risk dashboards and highlight key trends and exposures.

- Provide risk advisory on new products, partnerships, and business initiatives.

Technology & AI

- Leverage Python, analytics, LLMs, and Agentic AI for risk insights, regulatory interpretation, and automated reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- FRM (Mandatory) with 3-5 years of experience in ERM / risk strategy.

- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, ISO 31000).

- Exposure to financial risks (liquidity, market) and non-financial risks.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

- Python (data analysis, automation).

- Understanding of LLMs / AI in risk management.

- Experience with risk dashboards / data visualization tools.

Success Metrics (KPIs):

- Adherence to Risk Appetite thresholds.

- Effectiveness of EWS (early detection capability).

- Quality of Board / ERMC reporting.

- Identification and mitigation of emerging risks.
