Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors/PG in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 6+ years in HR, with 2-3 years in tech-focused HR roles. Skills: - Deep understanding of tech industry needs, talent, and culture. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence leaders. - Expertise in performance management, talent development, and employee relations. - Ability to manage complex situations with discretion and adaptability
