Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Production & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations, drive operational excellence, and build efficient, scalable processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Operations Management will be an added advantage.

- 8 - 12 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial role within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar industry.
