ONDC - Growth Manager - Mobility

About the Role:

ONDC is building a Digital Public Infrastructure for India. As we build an Open Network across multiple domains, including Grocery, Food Delivery, Mobility, Travel, Transportation, and Logistics, we are looking to hire a highly motivated team member as our Mobility Lead.

What You Will Do:

- Strategy: Create a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India.

- Planning: Build and maintain the funnel for Mobility and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India.

- Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the ONDC organisation and ensuring our Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time.

- Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist city-level, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions.

- Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships.

- Execute Projects: Step into operational gaps and help ONDC teams execute and bring Mobility Network participants online.

Ideal Candidate:

- Deeply passionate about Mobility as a domain, with demonstrated experience in solving Mobility problems at scale.

- Experience across product management/operations for products such as Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs across Intra/Intercity products.

- Diverse experience from ground/field operations to central operations and product operations.

- Sales and Account Management experience with a super-strong, client-first account management culture.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/PG.

- At least 2-4 years of proven experience.

- Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel/data management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.

- Experience in the Mobility domain, particularly experience with a leading Mobility app in Operations, Strategy or Product teams. Consulting or related experience is a plus.

- High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred.

- Outstanding communication and organisation skills.

- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities.

- Great storyteller, can communicate the ONDC vision and mission to network participants, government departments across both Central and States across India.

- Self-motivated, works well independently, and possesses strong organisation and time management skills.
