Responsibilities: - Implement the necessary infrastructure to continuously measure how customers use our product. - Continuously evaluate and optimize our funnels including signup, onboarding, activation and purchase. - Work with the product team to conduct experiments and tests to optimize every aspect of the user's journey. - Be the go-to person to understand user behavior and feature usage. Work with the product team to Identify KPIs for new features and products. Requirements: - At least two years of relevant experience (growth marketing, product management, product marketing, or a similar function). - Working experience with analytics - the ability to confidently drive insights from large data sets. - Proven ability to project manage cross-functional growth initiatives from strategy to execution to optimization. - Strategic posture - ability to combine strong quantitative analytical ability with actionable recommendations and the proven capacity to see them through. - Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities (great English is a MUST). - Effective at interacting with a wide range of audiences including sales and product management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment. - Bachelor's degree from a top University. MBA/Masters/PhD - big advantage. - This is a remote, work from home role which saves you commuting time and allows flexibility.
