Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to join our Market Data Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding client contracts onto C360, our internal contract and procurement platform, and acting as a key point of contact between Concertiv and our clients on all contract-related approvals and updates.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that every contract, approval, amendment, and supporting document is accurately captured in the tool - keeping client data clean, complete, and audit-ready. This role combines structured operational work with client-facing communication, making it ideal for someone who is process-driven yet comfortable engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Onboarding & Data Management:

- Onboard new and existing client contracts on the tool, ensuring all contract details, terms, renewal dates, and pricing structures are captured accurately.

- Upload supporting documents - agreements, amendments, addendums, approval emails, order forms - to the appropriate client and vendor records on C360.

- Maintain data integrity across the platform by performing regular audits, identifying gaps, and reconciling discrepancies.

- Tag, categorize, and structure contract information per Concertiv's data standards and SOPs.

Client Engagement & Communication:

- Meet with assigned clients on a regular cadence to communicate negotiated contract terms, vendor approvals, renewals, and any contract-related updates.

- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients on all contracts onboarding queries, providing clear and timely responses.

- Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documents, signatures, or approvals required to keep records on C360 complete and current.

- Document and track all client communication and follow-ups within the appropriate internal systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Negotiations, Usage Management, and Invoice Reconciliation teams to ensure seamless contract handoffs and data continuity.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to escalate and resolve contract-related issues within agreed SLAs.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives - identify recurring issues, suggest workflow enhancements, and help refine SOPs.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

- 4 - 6 years of overall experience with 2 - 4 years of experience in contract management, vendor onboarding, procurement operations, or a similar analyst role - ideally with exposure to financial or professional services clients.

- Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to work.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfort working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and internal platforms.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with US or UK-based clients in a similar shift.

- Exposure to market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P, FactSet) or contract lifecycle management tools.

- Experience working with SOP-driven, QC-reviewed operational workflows.
