About the Job:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships to support the companys expansion goals. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development and the ability to create and execute effective strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Maintain and grow business with existing clients through consistent engagement and service excellence.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

- Negotiate and close business deals ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.

- Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Increase in the number of qualified leads and conversion rates.

- Growth in client base and expansion into new markets/sectors.

- Retention rate of existing clients and repeat business percentage.

- Timely delivery of proposals and closure of deals.

- Effective implementation of strategic growth initiatives.
