- Ensure all research and marketing communications adhere to fiduciary responsibilities, applicable regulations, compliance standards, and internal governance requirements.

- Lead thematic and sectoral research initiatives to identify emerging growth opportunities, long-term investment trends, and strategic insights.

- Manage the content strategy, development, and publication of weekly and monthly newsletters, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and stakeholder engagement.

- Guide primary and secondary research efforts, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable investment recommendations.

- Collaborate with investment, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of research communication and regulatory approvals.

- Mentor and review the work of research and content team members, ensuring consistency, analytical rigor, and high-quality deliverables.

- Continuously enhance research processes, communication frameworks, and knowledge management practices to support the firm's investment and client engagement objectives.
