Job Title: Senior Healthcare Sales Specialist (US Market)


Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)


Work Hours: US Shift (Night Shift IST)


About the Role


We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Healthcare Sales Specialist with a medical background (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS) and 10+ years of proven experience in selling healthcare products and solutions in the US Market.


The ideal candidate should bring a unique blend of medical knowledge and strong sales acumen, with the ability to lead high-value deals, manage large revenue quotas, and guide a sales team to achieve organizational goals.


This role demands a professional who can confidently engage with healthcare stakeholders, deliver impactful communication, conduct product demonstrations, craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.


Key Responsibilities


- Drive end-to-end sales activities for healthcare products/solutions in the US market.


- Manage and exceed large annual revenue quota of 10 million USD consistently.


- Lead product demonstrations, client presentations, and detailed walkthroughs to potential customers.


- Prepare and deliver customized proposals tailored to client needs.


- Negotiate effectively to close high-value deals while maintaining strong client relationships.


- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve collective targets.


- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align sales strategies with business objectives.


- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.


Required Qualifications & Experience


- MBBS / BHMS / BAMS or equivalent medical qualification (mandatory).


- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare product sales in the US Market.


- Strong track record of handling large revenue quotas and consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets.


- Demonstrated expertise in sales presentations, demos, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.


- Proven experience in team management and leadership.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.


- Ability to work in US Shifts (Night Shifts IST).


- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills


- Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, compliance, and buying behavior.


- Experience in SaaS-based healthcare solutions or technology-enabled healthcare products.


- Strong networking skills with established relationships in the US healthcare ecosystem.
