Omnicuris programs are accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), by various medical councils in India, and we are on track for and anticipating our accreditation by ACCME in early 2023. With a growing doctor base, we are transforming the way in which key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem connect with doctors. We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategizing and executing end to end marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption of our digital products and succeed in meeting the objectives of our pharma clients. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the account management team, graphic designers, customer success team to conceptualize and drive campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the digital channels. Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify and drive new game-changing digital marketing opportunities to further scale the business and improve efficiencies across all marketing channels. - Expertise in developing and executing various online campaigns (Ad campaign, social media campaign & email campaign), including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to generate leads through digital channels in B2B segment. - Manage end to end digital marketing efforts. - Drive campaign calendar by collaborating with cross functions. - Identify the key metrics for success of a marketing campaign and standardise the data templates to identify and track KPIs. - Lead the content and design efforts to drive marketing ad creatives for the projects handled. - Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth. - Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. - Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand. - Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.) - Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results. - Analyse, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives. - Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks. Requirements - Relevant experience of 4 to 5 years with degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. - Prior experience in a similar role who has worked with Ad agencies or start-up ventures with good communication skills. - Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth. - Having experience with marketing tools such as WebEngage, Pardot, Gupshup etc. - Experience with B2B marketing & the channels is a plus
