Omnicuris - Manager - Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead our doctor communication and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in email and WhatsApp marketing, with the ability to create strategic communication plans and independently drive execution.

While the primary focus is on lifecycle and direct communication marketing, exposure to social media and performance marketing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute communication strategies targeted towards doctors and healthcare professionals

- Plan and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking

- Lead WhatsApp marketing initiatives for engagement, retention, and campaign communication

- Create structured communication calendars aligned with business goals and product launches

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and deliver timely executions

- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and user experience across all communication channels

- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to execute campaigns effectively

- Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation workflows

Requirements:

- Proven ability to strategize and execute communication campaigns independently

- Experience working on customer lifecycle marketing, engagement campaigns, and CRM communication

- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign analytics, and marketing automation

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously

- Experience in healthcare, ed-tech, or B2B communication marketing is a plus

- Exposure to social media and performance marketing is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
