What You Will Do:
1. Solve Strategic Client Problems:
Work with pharma clients to tackle complex questions such as:
- How can a company activate 5,000+ doctors for a new product launch?
- How can physician education accelerate adoption of new clinical protocols?
- How can omnichannel engagement increase brand recall and prescribing behavior?
You will:
- Break down complex problems into structured frameworks
- Design high-impact physician engagement strategies
- Translate strategic thinking into scalable engagement models
2. Lead Client Engagements:
Act as a trusted strategic partner to pharmaceutical clients.
You will:
- Lead discussions with Business Heads, Marketing Leaders, and CXOs
- Present engagement strategies and program designs
- Build long-term relationships with client teams
- Ensure every engagement delivers measurable impact
Your success will be measured by client outcomes, repeat engagements, and strategic influence.
3. Drive End-to-End Execution:
Own the full lifecycle of client programs:
- Translate strategy into structured project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across medical, content, technology, and operations
- Ensure programs are delivered with speed, quality, and clarity
- Track performance and optimize engagement outcomes
You will function as the central integrator across teams.
4. Build New Engagement Models:
Beyond delivering projects, you will help shape the future of Omnicuris offerings.
You will:
- Identify patterns across client engagements
- Develop scalable playbooks for physician engagement
- Help design new strategic solutions for pharma clients
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy
