Job Description: Certified Project Manager (PMP)

Position Title: Certified Project Manager - Regulated Reporting Programs

Reports to: Program Director/Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote (Central Time US hours required)

Position Summary:

VOX Global seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Certified Project Manager (PMP) to lead and support the implementation of regulated reporting programs for our clients. This role combines strategic project management expertise with client relationship management, requiring someone who can navigate complex regulatory environments while managing timelines, tools, and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing both technical project management rigor and strong interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Management & Implementation:

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure for regulated reporting program implementations

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and tracking tools

- Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards and regulatory requirements

- Monitor project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

- Utilize project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Hive, or similar platforms)

- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder communication

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as a client-facing member of the team, building and maintaining strong working relationships

- Help facilitate client meetings, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables

- Communicate proactively about timelines, risks, and changes; manage client expectations effectively

Team Coordination & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with VOX colleagues to ensure seamless project execution

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide support to project team members

- Foster a collaborative and positive environment

Research & Analysis:

- Contribute to benchmarking studies and research related to regulated reporting

Required Qualifications:

- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) - current and active

- Minimum 4 years of project management experience

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase implementations in regulated environments

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)

- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in professional settings

- Ability to work Central Time US business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial or non-financial reporting, compliance, regulatory reporting programs and/or internal control environments

- Background in benchmarking, research, or business analysis

- Experience working in consulting or professional services

Working Details:

- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Central Time US)

- Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for client calls/deadlines

- Location: Remote

- Travel: Minimal (occasional client visits may be required)
