Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive growth and revenue for our B2B SaaS product in the influencer marketing space. This person will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Responsibilities: 1) Generate new leads through targeted outreach efforts, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and phone calls 2) Qualify leads by conducting research and analyzing data to determine their potential as a customer 3) Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics 4) Utilize sales tools and technology to manage and track lead activity and progress through the sales pipeline 5) Conduct regular follow-up with prospects to keep them engaged and informed about our products and services 6) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform lead generation strategy and tactics. Qualifications and Prior Experience 1) Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field 2) Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or sales development roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS space with a focus on influencer marketing 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 4) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive performance 5) Experience using sales tools and technology such as CRM systems, email automation platforms, and sales enable tools. 6) Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 7) Knowledge of the influencer marketing industry and trends is a plus
