Role Overview:

We are looking to connect with exceptional Enterprise Transformation leaders who have successfully led large-scale ERP, Digital, Technology, and Business Transformation programs across complex global organizations.

Ideal experience includes:

- Enterprise-wide ERP Transformation programs (Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, and other enterprise platforms)

- Large-scale business and process transformation across Finance, HR/HCM, Procurement, Supply Chain, CRM, Operations, and Shared Services

- Enterprise architecture, application modernization, cloud migration, integration, and platform transformation

- AI, GenAI, Automation, Data & Analytics-led business transformation initiatives

- Transformation strategy, roadmap development, governance, change management, adoption, and value realization

- Executive stakeholder management and partnering with C-suite leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation agendas

- Leading complex, multi-country programs and driving measurable business outcomes at scale

- Leaders from global technology, product, SaaS, consulting, and enterprise transformation environments.
