Job Title: Associate Director - Delivery Quality (US Healthcare)

Position Summary:

The Associate Director - Delivery Quality will lead and strengthen Omega Healthcare's delivery quality framework across US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), medical coding, and CDI.

The role involves ensuring compliance with client SLAs and regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage delivery quality standards across RCM processes (coding, CDI, AR, billing).

- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and US healthcare regulatory guidelines.

- Lead audits, define corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and resolve escalations.

- Drive process improvements using Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and liaison with CQ in initiatives to build quality culture

- Partner with delivery heads and client teams for quality governance and reporting.

- Track and report key quality metrics (accuracy %, DPU, DPO, SLA adherence).

- Mentor and develop quality teams, design training programs on regulatory updates.

- Design and execute optimization projects for lean and efficient Quality team operations

- Responsible for Identification, coordination, Execution support in all Tech initiatives driven in the span

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Healthcare Administration (Master's preferred).

- 12-15 years' experience in Delivery Quality/RCM, with 7+ years in leadership.

- Knowledge of medical coding quality, CDI, audits, and RCM operations

- Expertise in complete RCM cycle of Hospital Billing

- Certifications in Six Sigma/Lean/Quality preferred.

- Proven expertise in handling client reviews, escalations, process improvement and hands on with advanced and recent Tech solutions
