Role Overview:

The AI/ML Healthcare specialist will spearhead the development and deployment of intelligent solutions designed to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. You will work at the intersection of data science and clinical operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, clinical subject matter experts, and engineering leads. Your primary focus will be to architect scalable AI models that automate manual processes, improve diagnostic accuracy, and drive significant business value for our global healthcare clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve high-impact healthcare challenges, such as claims processing automation and clinical documentation improvement.

- Define and execute AI strategy by identifying opportunities where predictive modeling and natural language processing can optimize revenue cycle management workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications, ensuring all models align with clinical accuracy standards.

- Monitor and refine model performance in production environments to ensure sustained accuracy, reliability, and compliance with healthcare data regulations.

- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence by implementing best practices in model versioning, testing, and deployment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn within a healthcare or clinical data context.

- Proven ability to design AI strategies that address operational inefficiencies, supported by a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clinical leadership.

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably within the healthcare domain or a highly regulated industry.

- Strong analytical mindset with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy and proactive collaboration across global time zones.
