And improve yourself in the process!  What you will be doing :  - Manage full cycle recruiting process for the organization's current requirements ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.  - Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.  - Build strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement.  - Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews.  - Coordination and regular follow ups with candidates and ensuring candidate delight at every step.  What you will need to be successful in this role :  - You have a true passion for people.  - You listen.  - You have commercial acumen be able to understand business and speak their terms.  - You are fun and easy going.  - You are open and flexible.  - Your strength is in interpersonal relationship.  - You are creative and are up to the challenge.  - You are able to multi task - HR is a lean team.  - 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition (Preferably with internet companies)  - You are a Go Getter, successful track record of delivering within tight deadlines, and meeting monthly/quarterly hiring goals  - You love OLX and what we do as a business.  What we offer :  A Fixed Term contract of 6 months to begin with, which can ultimately lead to three potential outcomes for you: The contract converts to a Full Time On Roll opportunity, or we mutually agree to extend it for another term, or it ends.
