We are looking for a seasoned technical recruiter who will be a part of the core TA team, responsible for scaling critical positions in Technology, Product Strategy, Design, etc., roles at OLX - Manage the Tech recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines. - Optimize end to end Tech recruitment strategy & process from collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing of candidates to offer, negotiation and onboarding. - Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping and influencing management decision-making. - Support stakeholders to streamline processes to ensure an amazing candidate experience - Identify the bottlenecks in the hiring process and build solutions to overcome them - Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need & successfully close positions within timelines. - Understand recruitment trends across industries in Technology and Product - - Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs in order to create and execute an effective hiring strategy. - Own the hiring strategy and work closely with hiring teams to meet your hiring goals and targets. - Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management - Use data and metrics reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement What we are looking for : - B.Tech / MBA - HR or equivalent graduate / post-graduate degree. - Experience in Product Hiring (Product Managers, Designers, Product Analyst) preferred - 2-6 years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Product/- Internet/ Startup hiring experience preferred) - Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates from a variety of sources, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing decision-making. - Strong stakeholder management experience - Ability to execute Tech recruitment strategy keeping a strong bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes. - Target driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands - Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. - A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
