In an open culture that encourages own initiatives, growth and entrepreneurial spirits.   - We believe in creating a richer world by empowering people  - Every day millions of people across the globe use OLX to buy and sell goods  - We serve over 300 million unique users every month and generating over 28 billion monthly page views in more than 45 countries.  - Our more than 2,000 committed employees are making a difference from over 25 offices across the globe.  What responsibilities will you get when working with us :   - Leading, organizing and administrating the Procurement department for OLX India:  - Preparation of procurement plan aligned to business needs  - Managing budgets and utilisation,  - Buying and negotiations for all departments (Marketing, technology, travel etc.)  - Ensure most optimal rates, benchmarked vis a vis industry standards  - Monitoring utilization/ receipt of procured goods and services  Vendor management :  - Liaising, contracting, empanelment and monitoring performance  - Policies & procedures compliance - document archival and audit trail  - Responsible for streamlining and improving procurement process:  - Budget achievement and forecast accuracy  Order placement (JIT etc.) :  - Supply and demand alignment  - Supplier evaluation and performance improvement  - Promoting procurement policy compliant environment (Vendor selection, contracting, purchase order management etc.)  Manage procurement system (Coupa) :  - Continuously interact with product managers and stakeholders from the organization in order to align and monitor OLX's procurement plan. Results oriented.  Special projects :  - Developing sourcing strategies and alliances  - Cost savings opportunities  What will you need to be successful in this role :  - At least 5 - 8 years- of post qualification experience and proven domain competencies in Marketing procurement (experience in dealing with media channels and broadcasters from advertiser perspective)   - Cross regional market knowledge of marketing vendor base  - Strong negotiation skills & business acumen.  - Excellent knowledge of different cost models and pricing methodology  - Undertaking benchmarks with the Supplier(s) to measure the effectiveness / efficiency of the provided services compared to market / best practices.  - At least 2-3 years of experience in other procurement disciplines  What can you expect from us and what do we offer :  - Excellent Working Environment, Great Culture & Global Exposure.   Inspired and interested in the job : Apply!  Are you ready to live your dream and apply for this role- It only takes a few minutes to apply using our simple application template.
