What You'll Do:
- Shadow the founders closely, learning how decisions are made, problems are solved, and trade-offs are managed in real time.
- Take ownership of project execution - from client walkthroughs to handing over spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors - driving negotiations, overseeing execution, and ensuring precision in both budgets and design
- Oversee operations & facilities - the little things that make or break a workspace.
- Build systems and SOPs that bring order to the madness - dashboards, preventive maintenance, cost tracking.
- Act as the communication bridge: founders and external stake holders - clients, vendors, landlords.
- Wear multiple hats and build problem solving muscle in real time.
Who You Are:
- You care about design - not just how things look, but how they feel and function.
- Equally, you love structure - processes, order, systems that scale.
- You thrive when given 10 messy problems and no manual.
- You're a strong communicator - with clients, landlords, and vendors who're about to delay your handover.
- You've got 2-5 years of experience in operations, project management or startups - enough to know what chaos feels like, and enough hunger to take ownership.
Why This Role?
- Direct exposure: you'll work side-by-side and shadow the founders daily, gaining insight into decision-making at every level.
- Range of work: from design choices to ops firefighting to high-stakes negotiations.
- Ownership: no one's going to spoon-feed you. The project is yours, end-to-end.
- Growth: one year here will teach you more about building, scaling, and running spaces than five years in a conventional setup.
