About the Role:

We're looking for a highly curious and technically strong SEO/GEO Specialist to drive AI-led SEO growth at Oliveboard. This isn't a traditional SEO role, it's a growth hacking position for someone who lives and breathes AI, automations, and technical experimentation.

Your goal will be to scale content, backlinks, and visibility using AI-first methods automating, optimizing, and innovating everything possible to drive organic growth.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and execute SEO growth opportunities using AI-driven strategies and automations.

- Scale content publishing across categories, languages, and GEOs using tools like GPTs, AI agents, and workflows (n8n, Zapier, etc.).

- Automate high DA backlink generation through innovative methods and AI outreach systems.

- Experiment with AIO (AI + SEO) workflows and evaluate new tools that can drive scale.

- Work closely with marketing and tech teams to build AI pipelines for keyword research, clustering, and content creation.

- Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for organic visibility and growth.

Ideal Candidate:

- Hands-on experience in SEO, growth hacking, or automation.

- Strong understanding of technical SEO, crawling, indexing, schema, and automation tools.

- Passionate about AI tools, workflows, and experiments (n8n, ChatGPT, Claude, custom agents, etc.).

- Fast learner, self-starter, and problem-solver who thrives on figuring things out independently.

- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
