It's about fostering an empowered learner-led culture where employees have seamless access to learning resources enabling high performance and successful careers. It will also support Country Leadership in high-potential tracking and succession planning, Facilitate talent review processes and intervention. At its core, this role is about instilling a culture of continuous learning and growth through interventions and programs that engages individuals, teams and the organisation across businesses and functions. He / She will partner with the Global L&D team, HR Partners in drawing insights from all key stakeholders to cascade global agendas / initiatives. Position Responsibilities: The position caters to major HR functions - Talent Management and Development: - Ensures coherent integration and articulation of job structure, roles, and responsibilities, skills framework with a Talent Management Approach. - Guides line managers on career development policy and provisions within the organization and support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development - Design and implement processes and activities to engage identified talent on a regular basis and gather actionable feedback for system contextualization and optimization. - Implement approach to performance management and enable local employees and managers to have robust performance, development, and career conversations. - Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption - Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for India and readying of talent who will deliver our future - Provide advice to the management regarding key programs including engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity and Well-being. Learning & Development - Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives - Leverage multi-modal learning solutions (including staple curriculums, e-learning, peer sharing sessions, coaching, and learner communities) to create locally scalable L&D plans for both in-person and virtual engagement. - Operationalize learning journeys to meet the diverse needs of the local workforce while ensuring consistency of (local) learning interventions with regional and global talent practices. - Own the (local) employee learning and development lifecycle by understanding the capability and leadership needs to monitor learning effectiveness. - Build internal collaborations and external partnerships in support of local L&D plans. - Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management and Learning Inclusion, Diversity & Ethnicity - Reviews existing local organization policies and practices to ensure alignment with national and global organizational directives. - Supports Country Leadership in ensuring IDE perspectives are taken into consideration across all Talent Management matters. This includes maintaining knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices, and providing training and policy updates to the local team to ensure legal compliance. - Nuances and Implements global IDE initiatives locally, including leading / facilitating employee resource groups. - Collects and analyses data to partner with regional/global IDE Council(S) in determining local IDE agenda and measuring the impact of related interventions. Position Requirements (Existing Competencies) - Postgraduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 10+ years of experience in the area of talent management, Learning and development in a complex, forward thinking and sophisticated environment with a diverse and geographically dispersed set of businesses - Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance - Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development - Strong influencing/consulting and collaboration skills that are required to nurture relationships, promote new ideas and achieve buy-in - Ability to grasp broad organizational issues and consider needs of varied lines of businesses in implementing enterprise-wide programs - Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills - Experience in co-creating learning solutions and facilitating virtual and in-person sessions. Ability to build and sustain peer communities of learning is highly preferred. - Confident with delivering digital learning solutions through virtual/ LXPs, track learning participation and improve L&D metrics is required. Stretch Capabilities (Growth Potential) - Knowledgeable on the latest learning trends, learning technologies, and developmental approaches is required. - Build long-term supplier partnerships while also demonstrating the ability to negotiate brilliant contracts with Thought Leader. - Experience in e-learning course curation and sustained implementation. - Strong networker, curious to improve own knowledge, confident in exchanging ideas, sharing own learnings, and recommending articles, videos, and courses is required.
