Job Description:

The SAP COE Lead - Supply Chain, Logistics & Plant Maintenance is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously enhancing the SAP Center of Excellence (COE) for supply chain, logistics, and asset-intensive business domains. The role provides global ownership of business processes, template governance, solution quality, and value realization across SAP S/4HANA and integrated application landscapes. Acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, the position drives standardization, operational excellence, digital transformation, and business value delivery through a COE-led operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SAP COE for Supply Chain, Logistics, and Plant Maintenance.

- Own global SAP standards, solution design, and template governance across MM, SD, TM, PP, QM, and PM.

- Act as Design Authority for supply chain and maintenance solutions within SAP S/4HANA.

- Drive demand prioritization, roadmap execution, and SAP-enabled business transformation.

- Oversee SAP rollouts, S/4HANA upgrades, and RISE with SAP initiatives.

- Ensure seamless integration across SAP and connected enterprise systems.

- Govern solution enhancements, minimizing customizations and maximizing standardization.

- Leverage automation, analytics, AI, and Fiori capabilities to optimize business processes.

- Ensure compliance with security, GRC, SoD, and audit requirements.

- Manage strategic delivery partners and build internal SAP capabilities.

Job Requirements:

- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Logistics, and Plant Maintenance.

- Strong functional knowledge of MM, SD, TM, PP, QM, PM, and related integrations.

- Proven experience in SAP governance, solution design, and global template management.

- Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation and deployment programs.

- Ability to align business priorities with technology roadmaps and investment decisions.

- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 10 - 15+ years of SAP experience across Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Plant Maintenance domains.

- Proven track record delivering global SAP rollouts, S/4HANA transformations, and template deployments.

- Experience in asset-intensive, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven organizations.

- Familiarity with RISE with SAP and global AMS operating models.

- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-country teams and complex stakeholder environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

- MBA and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.
