Function: Finance Sub Function: Treasury - International Position: Assistant Manager- Treasury Type: Permanent, Full Time Duties and Responsibilities 1. Opening Bank account and setting up treasury operations at various geographies 2. Global Banking relationship, 3. Working capital management of foreign subsidiaries 4. Ensuring sufficient liquidity in each subsidiary 5. Drawing up and critically analyze cash flows of each foreign subsidiaries 6. Preparation of various treasury reports and MIS 7. Coordinating for Host to Host/API based payments for foreign subsidiaries 8. Treasury Accounting for foreign subsidiaries 9. Bank Reconciliation for foreign subsidiaries 10. Supporting/Coordinating for Vendor Payments for foreign subsidiaries 11. Analysis of Bank Charges 12. Coordinating with Global Banks for various cash management services/banking products of foreign subsidiaries Basic Qualification: - CA/MBA - 2-5 or more years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations. - Must have exposure to ERP - Oracle and should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management.
