Role Context: As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our product lines. You will be leading a team of product managers to ensure that we are creating the best possible products for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, conducting market research, and ensuring that we are meeting our customers' needs. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features. - Monitor product performance metrics and use data to inform product decisions. - Manage a team of product managers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support. - Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and incorporate new technologies and ideas into product strategy. Qualifications: - MBA from one of the top reputed Business schools. - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration. - 1-3 years of experience in product management, with a track record of success in launching and growing successful products. - Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of Internet technologies, software development processes, and product management frameworks. - Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. - Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
