We began with bringing cab drivers and customers on a single platform making transportation hassle free for everyone!   We are one of India's fastest growing startups with many firsts to our credit.   Exp: 9 - 10 years  Qualification: Engineering/Statistics/Masters  Purpose:  To ensure the smooth running of both the credit and operations department within the set policies, guidelines and procedures for the benefit of all stakeholders  Key Role & Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement suitable credit risk policies.   - Advise the Business on all aspects of Credit   - Manage the Credit approval process by recommending suitable discretions.   - Improvement of Credit processes by adopting and developing best practices.   - Support the business in the growth of loans and advances to within the desirable levels.   - Manage the loan portfolio in order to minimize the risk of loss.   - Pursuing recovery of loans and advances with a view of achieving maximum recovery at minimum cost.   - Monitor achievement of service levels agreements with users   - Devise and implement a suitable training and development plan for self and all staff in the credit and operations.   - Manage the costs within the department effectively   - Strategic support role assisting with the effective execution of the Credit Risk Modelling Strategy across all asset portfolios.  - Ensuring appropriate governance is in place as required around modelling as stipulated and governed by the relevant FirstRand Group Credit Risk Modelling Development, Validation and Monitoring Frameworks, across the business units within the strategy.   - Best practice implementation regarding models and modelling tools for PD, LGD, EAD,  - Project management of Commercial wide modelling development projects.  - Provide expertise and support by Collaborating closely with Strategic Credit Analytics for input into models and to influence credit decision-making systems and improve Credit Operations for operational implementation of models to generate integrated portfolio results on a regular basis.  - Reconcile and report on monthly credit model risk improvements and risk losses to the business.  - Monitor receivables and collections and provide updates of receivables and provide appropriate reporting procedures  - Identify problem accounts and provide regular updates of receivables to management  - Negotiate payment programs with delinquent customers.  - Identify accounts requiring collection agency or legal action and coordinate collections with third party contractors.  - Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management and suggest actions/penalties to be taken when appropriate.  - Develop processes and procedures for evaluating customer financials and setting and changing credit lines/limits, as well as credit holds; implement liens as necessary to major delinquent account as approved.  - Generates legal documents used in the credit function.  Key Skills & Experience:  - 10 years of experience working in a financial institution towards Credit Risk Modeling focusing towards Auto/Car loans.  - At least 5 years at senior management level in credit department.  - Should have experience in managing the effective execution of the Credit Risk Modeling Strategy across all asset portfolios.  - Should be able to provide strategic input on the best practice of Corporate Models and tools at the Commercial Portfolio level committees  - People Management experience.  - Good interpersonal skills   - Good communication skills   - Ability to work under pressure   Rajshree Recruitment Manager Ola Group Bangalore
