- We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Performance Marketing professional who can scale user acquisition and revenue through paid marketing channels.

- The role focuses on managing performance campaigns, optimizing acquisition costs, and working closely with product and analytics teams to improve the full user journey.

Key Responsibilities:


- Own and scale user acquisition through paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Programmatic platforms.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets with a focus on CAC, ROAS, ROI, and growth.

- Drive full-funnel growth from installs to activation, conversion, and retention.

- Plan and execute GTM launches, experiments, and A/B tests to improve performance.

- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to optimize funnels and user experience.

- Track and analyze campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools.

- Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / App Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads.

- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, and attribution.

- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets.

- Working knowledge of tools like AppsFlyer / Adjust, GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel.

- Background in consumer apps, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or B2C tech.
