Role Overview:

The Category Lead - Mobility will own the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the mobility business across bikes (2W), autos (3W), and cabs (4W). This role carries end-to-end category ownership, with a strong focus on customer retention, growth levers, and marketplace health. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable scale through data-backed decisions and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end category performance across 2W, 3W, and 4W mobility segments.

- Define and drive customer retention and growth strategies for the mobility business.

- Lead key levers including pricing, packaging, loyalty programs, CRM, and growth experiments.

- Own and track core business metrics such as trips, GMV, churn, contribution margins, and cohort performance.

- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to execute initiatives.

- Ensure a healthy marketplace balance between customer demand and driver/partner supply.

- Use data, dashboards, and experimentation to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement.

- Drive strategic initiatives to improve category efficiency, customer lifetime value, and unit economics.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in consumer internet, mobility, marketplace, or high-scale platform businesses.

- Proven experience in category ownership, retention, and growth for large consumer businesses.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to own P&L-level or contribution metrics.

- Highly data-driven, with comfort in working with dashboards, metrics, cohort analysis, and experiments.

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
